She was one of the first female painters to achieve worldwide acclaim from critics and the general public. The shirt takes its name from an area in the North of New Mexico, where O'Keeffe called home and an area she found particularly stimulating.
Taking the form of a Shorthorn Western Shirt, this version from Coherence is cut in Japan from the brands exclusive rover wool. The Abiquiu Western Shirt features matching thread colours to the original example the shirt is based on, while two chest pockets have been paired with a snap button front with pearl snaps. An original woven Coherence label completes the look.
