At Clutch Cafe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
