The Jackson is now a staple in our seasonal offerings from Coherence. The initial style is borrowed from old style Coverall or Chore jackets but given the full Coherence treatment. As always inspiration comes from a photograph of abstract expressionist Painter Jackson Pollock, wearing a similar style jacket in his studio.
Instantly recognisable with workwear, the Jackson is simple in design. Cut in Japan from their custom 10 wale corduroy, the Jacket features a four button front using custom-made donut buttons & features two large lower pockets & two chest pockets - one with button flap closure & one split to house a pen etc. Elevated in Japan by Coherence, the Jackson has all the hallmarks of their unique detailing and construction such as angled cuffs on the sleeve and immaculate stitching throughout.
All Coherence garments are Made in Japan to the highest level of standards hard to find on ready-to-wear garments.
