At its centre is a natural Kingman turquoise stone - steeped in history, Kingman is considered the oldest American turquoise discovered by man: the Natives of the Southwestern United States are said to have discovered the mine over 1,000 years ago, and this turquoise would have been at the heart of the Native culture's jewellry designs.
The silverwork is entirely handmade, featuring deep repoussé forms, scalloped edges and finely stamped details that frame the turquoise with classic Navajo character.
