Heavily inspired by vintage 50's & 60's mohair cardigans made popular by thrift stores & the grunge movement in the late 1980's & early 90's. These cardigans from makers like McGregor and Manhattan Industries were commonly a make-up of acrylic, polyester & mohair.
McCoy's have perfected the style with this Mohair Cardigan. The Joe McCoy Mohair has been cut in Japan from 80% wool & 20% mohair yarn, which helps to create a much more substantial garment and makes for a warmer cardigan overall. Two lower pockets and a button front using cat-eye buttons have been paired with a woven Joe McCoy Sportswear label to complete the look.
