Vasco Voyage 2Way Rucksack Black
Vasco are a small bag and leather goods company based in Koenji, Tokyo.
The 2Way Rucksack is inspired by vintage style outdoor backpacks. This bag has been cut from a heavy duty cowhide leather in Japan sourced from the respected Himeji Tannery. This tannery is unique in using traditional hand dying techniques to vegetable tan the strong cow hide, which is infused with oils giving it a rich depth of colour and 'vintage' appearance.
Designed for versatile wear, this bag can be carried as a backpack using the shoulder straps or detached and carried as a handbag. A rear zipper provides direct access to the main compartment without opening the top closure, making it practical for everyday use.
Each bag is individually stamped with an antique letterpress dye. The “BLW” embossing stands for Baggage Load Wanderlust, a nod to the joy of packing up and setting off on your next adventure.
